purchased tires in April and had one of the tires go flat today while driving. upon inspection of tire, could not find any foreign objects or holes, so tried filling tire up with air. immediately i could hear it leaking, flipped it over and could see the large 'tear' or 'crack' between 2 lugs and going down towards the sidewall. when i brought the tire back in to the shop that sold and installed the tires, they tried to tell me that it is a puncture/cut and is road hazard. I do not have road hazard, but there is no way this is a puncture or cut. How do I have this looked at for a 2nd opinion for a manufacture defect? I can attach pictures if that will help. as of now the shop is not willing to cover anything on this almost brand new tire.

I have a 2021 F150 that I put a level kit on. Upsized my Tires to a 285/65R20. Grabbed a set of these Firestone XT's from a local dealer to make my truck look a little more aggressive. They did not disappoint. They are super smooth, literally zero vibration. Has a little road noise which is to be expected with this type tread, but honestly it isn't bad at all. I love these! I'd put these over BFG K02's or General ATX's any day. A little expensive but well worth the quality of the tire.

Tires look great, but are expensive. 285/60/20 XT are very durable but quite noisy on the road. Also from Street Tires to A/T's, when on the highway you can feel a lot of the Rumble. If you don't need AT's, this brand with street threads are probably the smoothest most durable choice

As an employee I did some research before purchase and I am very surprised by the result I found online these tires are superior to a lot of competitors in different factors a tire has to face head on as an A/T. These tires are magnificent, smooth, quite, and take on any terrain that's in the way!

I purchased these after doing a lot of research. My previous tire brand was terrible, I had to get 2 sets as the first set dry rotted prematurely after a few months. I opted for the Destination X/T because they were highly top rated on every reputable source, I have loved these tires since having them installed. I've always been a Toyo person. But when the XT first came out. I decided to try them. I really enjoy the awesome winter driving capabilities and how quiet they are through the entire life of the tread. Even with heavy oilfield use. The only time I've had a flat is from a nail. Great durability when you are drive the gravel roads doing Mach Jesus with a truck full of heavy equipment. I'm definitely going to put them on my two personal trucks when it comes time.

I have a 2018 Chevy 2500 HD 4WD PU with the Duramax engine. Use this vehicle to pull our 5th wheel trailer (about 13,000 pounds) and our boat (about 1,500 pounds). Use the truck for on-road and off-road travel. 40,000 miles on tires, of that 12,500 were pulling our 5th wheel. Rotate about every 5,000 miles, have had the tires rebalanced twice and the front end realigned once since bought the tires. At 40,000 I am replacing them, 3/32 of tread on two tires and 5/32 on other two, likely due to the more worn tires being on rear when pulling trailer more often. Live in a mountain valley at high elevation so 3-Peak rating was important at initial purchase. Tires have worn evenly. While not as quite as a highway tire, for an "aggressive" all terrain tire they are quiet and provide a comfortable ride. Noise has increased some as tires have become more worn. Traction in all situations I have been in, (dry, wet, snow, ice, mud, gravel/rock) has been everything I expected. While I wish we had gotten closer to the 50K warranty tread life, I am satisfied enough with the tread life we got given how we use this vehicle that I am buying another set. Just wanted to say Firestone crew did an awesome job In a short time frame. While waiting for my vehicle they had some upset customers that don't understand the process of how the work is done. But the staff handled it great and that make me want to come back for future purchases. My truck came with Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires. I had a sidewall blowout after 25k miles. I recently bought Firestone Destination X/T replacements. Immediately I noticed a difference. They are very smooth, quiet tires. In about a week, I've put 700 miles on them and I've got nothing but good things to say about them. I haven't gone off road yet or driven in rain, but these are great tires

Purchased Destination X/Ts to replace the original Goodyear Wranglers. The difference in road performance between the two is night and day. Regardless of weather conditions, and in Wisconsin that means rain, sleet, snow, and ice, the XTs perform flawlessly. They really grab the road when Mother Nature decides it's time for weather! They have a touch more road noise than the AT/2s we have on our other vehicle, but they are actually a low noise tire. Lastly, the XTs have somewhat of an aggressive look to them, but not over-the-top. They actually look really cool! So happy with my X/Ts and highly recommend them!!!!
