I love that I can get organic rice in such a large quantity!

I have eaten rice all of my life. I've changed to brown rice but this being organic made me try it. It's great. You really taste what's with the rice and it's a soft texture different than regular white rice and even sushi rice!

This variety of grains are worth an applaud, as they don't soggy on you or even make you feel as if you are not eating rice. They have neutral flavor or aroma, good for everyday use. Soak them for an hour before cooking. Add 1 cup water to 1 cup grain. Leave out the soaked water and use clean water to cook that leaves the starch behind. Fluff it with fork before serving. Enjoy the steamed goodness with anything.
