They honestly feel like you're wearing panties!! They're not bulky, nor are they aggravating. I have not encountered any leaks or odors while using them either. These are really perfect for occasions when you need the security & comfort. Another great product you can depend on, silhouette style.

This is a great product but I wish they would offer a separate Small version because the S/M size is actually too big for me. I am 94 years old and weigh about 85 pounds (my weight varies between 83 to 87 pounds). It would be really nice to be able to buy a Silhouette brief that was made more for someone my size (plus there should be more in a package if they were just for small people). I wear these briefs every day BUT I also wear a pad inside them so I can get more wear out of each brief. I like the Silhouette briefs much better than the plain Depends brief because the leg holes in the S/M regular Depends are way too big and the construction quality isn't as good. The Silhouette brief fits better, is constructed from a smoother textured material, and lasts much longer than the regular Depends pull-up briefs before I need to change the brief I'm wearing (because I use a pad inside so I just have to change the pad most times). Some of you may think this is gross but this works very well for me and I don't get UTIs like I used to when I wore underwear with a pad. There is one thing about the Silhouette brief I don't like in comparison with the regular Depends brief and that is something about the way the Silhouette is constructed makes the front part of the brief stick to my skin where the regular Depends brief does not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the Depends for a trial, I was concerned with a size medium because I am normally a large. As it turns out, the medium fits perfectly, so if you are normally a size large, (165 pounds) I think I would downsize. They are super comfortable, like wearing underwear and absorbent for the leaks throughout the day. I never have a complete bladder release, so I cannot say for certain how the absorbency would be, but my guess is that it would completely hold it all. I am completely happy with this product. I am given steroid injections in my back and it is very hard to control my bladder until the steroids wear off. I can feel confident wearing this product that I will not have any leaks or accidents.

I was anxious and excited to try the product because I had heard good things and I myself loved the design of the product. After using the product my mind was changed and the excitement was gone. This product simply failed me. The product showed through my clothes and It did not appear that I was just wearing normal underwear. Also, it leaked through to my clothing. The concept was great, but the product certainly did not meet expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical at first. Then I opened the bad... Let me tell you, these are so nice and delicate looking like actual underwear. They are lined so I dont have to deal with changing out pads and stuff. These are perfect and so absorbent. Most importantly, I was able to wear one of my favorite outfits again without having to worry about things 'showing'.. I will definitely use these again.

I have not tried this brand, style before, but can tell just by handling them that they are better quality and will be more comfortable and less "diaper like". I'm currently pregnant now and plan to use these as soon as I have my baby. I will update my review then as well, but I can already tell that these are going to be the ones I use in the future. I plan to buy another pack as my due date gets closer. I recommend these over other brands for comfort and quality and wish I used them for previous post partum issues I had which each birth.

They look a lot like normal underwear and are very comfortable to wear. They are absorbent but not as bulky as some pads. I prefer these kind of protective products because they feel more like normal underwear bit provide the protection I get from pads!
