To my surprise they are totally comfortable, to be honest more comfortable than my everyday underwear. That is a major plus. Now, onto the effectiveness of them. I am impressed there as well. I probably have light to moderate leakage and these handled my issues well. I definitely recommend. I should also note I didn't feel like I was wearing any bulky diaper type clothes either. I am also prone to skin rashes and so far I haven't noticed any issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend Silhouette Maximum Absorbency Underwear is a good product from this brand. The fabric is very comfortable. The band was not comfortable and started to roll down. Pad is bulky at first but then does a good job of conforming to your body. These are good for minor leaks and no odor but needs more odor protection for major issues. Like that this package came in 3 different colors.

I wear a size Small in every other type of disposable underwear that I have ever used, and these seemed to be a couple of sizes smaller and were very tight. I understand that they are made to be formfitting but these were a little bit too formfitting. Also the absorbency cannot compare to other brand names and generic store brands that I have used, as they seemed to leak on a regular basis. If a person had a small amount of urinary leakage, they would be fine. But anything more than that would definitely be a major problem. They are made well, are very chic and pretty, but not for me with my issues.

They are super comfy, locks in wetness and also keeps me dry. I am very happy to have something more stylish and will help avoid having to change my underwear and or pants.

I did not experience any leakage at all. I can say it was more dependable than the other briefs that I have bought in the past. Nothing compares to this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very surprised at how comfortable they are. I did try them with pants and they did not make much of a difference from regular underwear. They do have a ruffle effect in the back which I would change to fit more flat. I would imagine some people would like that they are disposable. For my needs at the moment I would just wear the washable ones. I think they would be perfect for someone with more of a leakage issue.

Doesn't feel or look bulky. Great for long car rides, after surgery, walking issues, or incontinence. They are easily foldable so you can fit a few pair in your purse.

They didn't bunch up, or look baggy under her clothes. They conformed right to her skin. They didn't irritate her skin. They kept her dry all day. It gave her confidence to go out and enjoy herself. It made me happy to see her more confident while wearing them. She will definitely be buying these in the future. We both highly recommend this product.

I didn't feel any difference wearing these vs. regular underwear. When the time comes I'm so happy that there will be an amazing product.

I like these better than my usual but I feel like they don't hold much being so thin. I haven't had an accident but hope that they hold when I do with the more than usual dribble.
