[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used your product for years. You then sent me a sample of the new ones. They are very poor quality!! After 3-4 hours the rear of the pad section starts to tear away from the diaper & after 8-10 hrs. the material disintegrates. The small pieces stick to your skin & is difficult to wash off. I like the exterior of these items with the flat waist band, but do something about the INTERIOR. I am not a very active person, but other items like these work just fine & do not breakdown like these.

I used these for 2 days and found uo eith an infection . The material that the product was made out of got me sick and how have to make a trip to the gyn. Ioved how they felt and they were very comfortable, but whatever the material for the pad part was not so good.

Lets face it. No 24 year old wants to wear Depends. But due to my health, I don't have a choice but to wear disposable underwear. But I do have a choice between these and less discreet diapers. I prefer to call them underwear or briefs to diapers, and that pretty much highlights the main difference between these and other types. The Silhouette Briefs have an obvious different fit from the standard Depends. They aren't nearly as "granny-like". I like that they have more of an underwear look. They are comfortable, but sometimes the elastic around the crotch area can chafe a little bit. I do wish they came in different colors. Obviously the pricing could stand to be lowered. When you use more than one per day, it can get expensive. Weekly or Monthly Coupons would be nice. Other than that, the biggest flaw is the noise. It's not all the time, but every once in awhile I'll get a brief that has a little more padding than normal and it makes the diaper swishing sound when you walk, and obviously that's not desirable for a young woman. But overall, even with the negatives. It's the best option out there.

I am finding that the new shape and size of the absorbent area does not provide the amount of coverage and protection that the prior Silhouettes Briefs provided. This new design leaks more often than not and doesn't even provide the protection of a incontinence pad. Very disappointed, I would have given it one star if it wasn't for the new colors.

When Silouettes first came out, and I discovered them, they were so comfortable, not leaving my legs raw and offered a larger area to absorb all the leak! I bought our local stores out of those pink pants! I am a large person, needing the L/XL size. I really felt secure when going out wearing the original silouette briefs. Now I find these beige kind, with reinforced waist band, which actually rips separating from the brief, as I attempt to pull them up. The padding is not as absorbable and I have experienced too many leaks with the beige colored brief. I could tell immediately that there was not as much material in the beige as there was in the pink brief. Please tell me how I can find more pink silouettes? I have bought the beige briefs but they rip easily, don't hold as much liquid, and fall below my fat roll causing me much discomfort. I'm sure there are many out there, who would really appreciate the pink original silouette briefs. One other thing is I wear these every day, and have never had anyone ever tell me, my underwear was showing! They fit under my clothes, and no one ever knows I'm wearing incontinent briefs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a very good product. It is very comfortable. You can not tell you are wearing it under your clothes. I wear really thin pants. This does not bulky or bulge out. It seems very breathable. It is easy to put on. I would most definitely recommend this. It was sent to me as a free sample. This had no bearing on my review.

I have been using Depends S/M size for more than a year and I wear them daily. They fit like normal underwear but I usually wear a pair of normal underwear on top of them. I have only one problem with them though......they have NO odor protection at all. When I change mine their is a very strong urine odor and I worry that other people I am around may be able to detect the odor too. Therefore, I probably change them more than I have to but I am so afraid of the odor. Is there anything that can be done to make that horrible odor less noticable? Other than that I love this product. I have had incontinentence for a number of years and I tell everyone that when I feel the urge to "go" get out of my way. They think that is pretty funny but I don't!!!!
