I have a nerve condition that involves my legs after back surgeries which prevents me from getting to the bathroom quickly. Depends Silhouette has been my life jacket. I found this by a sample in the mail. boy was I surprised. absolutely the best pair of protection I have ever tried, would recommend this product tenfold to any one needing protection, the fit is perfect and feels just like cotton panties. once again, keep up the good work, a very happy camper

I've been using Silhouettes on my mom for over six years and product was great, until recent design change. Product now gaps around crotch and leaks. Mother has Parkinsons and dementia and is chair bound. Elderly will often urinate and not even know it, especially at night. Old product was sized s/m, and worked great. Bought petite in new sizing as mother is only 90 lbs now. Product too small, material seems cheaper. Padding in crotch area, which is the most crucial area is noticeably narrower. Bring back the original sizing and cut!
