I wear a size 24 and the XL says goes up to 28, which I believe is true. They're also very discreet, my friend saw them and said they just looked like comfy granny panties. My only issue with them is that they can rip quite easily so you have to be very careful with them. One pair I wore had ripped up the side seam, which is not super ideal for a full day of use.

I am always so uncomfortable during that time of month. Tampons just seem to hurt and bothering me lately, so I was exited to get these and see if they were worth the hype. I was very pleasantly surprised! They are very soft and the pad is built into the Depend. As normal pads slip, and slide in your underwear, it was so nice to feel protected and comfortable during that time month. They held up well, even for longer use and overnight. They also were able to keep up and hold enough fluid where I never spilled out or over.
