I would prefer to spoon my sweetener into things rather than have all of these packets, but this did allow for easy testing and will probably extend the usable life of the sweetener. The flavor itself is an interesting blend of dextrose and stevia which makes for a subtly sweet flavor with a delayed after taste. There may be some future alchemy that removes these lingering chemical tastes from zero-calorie options, but this is not it. Still, it does the job and is an improvement over added sugar.
