It certainly gives a sweet taste to whatever you put it in, but you need to be careful exactly how much you use since it can be very overpowering. The box has a sugar:stevia conversion chart that's handy when baking. But for things like tea or coffee, one packet is too much. I added it to my tea and I could not taste the flavor of the tea anymore, just stevia, which is not what I wanted to be drinking. It still has a slightly off flavor compared to plain sugar, but it's not as bad as other sugar substitutes I have tried.

This is the first time I have gotten the pockets. I like the convenience of the them, I can take on the go. I tried this Splenda stevia in my morning oatmeal, it sweeten my oatmeal nicely but there was a distinct flavor from it. It hard for me to explain but there was an odd flavor, I think a bit bitter. I also tried it in my chai tea as it's the only tea I actually use sugar in and it was a lot better. My tea was good, sweet. I think this product is sweeter than sugar. I like this product is plant based. I will definitely keep trying this product in different food items. I like the box tells me the conversion between sugar and stevia so it's easy for me to substitute in my food.
