So next I tried it on my food, Korean casserole/soup dish and I couldn't feel that aftertaste at all! It was a great find, so I will continue to use it in my cooking which gives powerful sweetness and that aftertaste disappears. So Stevia is one of the better choice for sweetener better than others but compared to Allulose it does have aftertaste with more sweetness. However the individual packets are very convenient to use and carry. Thanks for letting me try and review the product
