These packets are great on the go or at home when I want to add a little sweetness to my coffee, fruit, tea, and anything else you'd add sweetness to. I use these packets to make hot chocolate and in lieu of sugar in desserts I make. You can not taste the difference in desserts or hot chocolate. I do not find it has a bitter taste like some say.
