It dissolves quickly and The sweetness of the sweetener feels natural and doesn't have any weird taste or smell. The sachets contain enough for one serve but I like two. Love this item! I've never really liked the taste of Stevia before. It has always had a weird aftertaste to me. But, I love regular splenda so I gave this a try when I saw it was from the splenda brand and made in the USA. What a difference! No weird aftertaste, we now use this daily for our coffee and tea.

This product contains Dextrose, which is NOT safe for Type 2 diabetics. Dextrose is a naturally occurring sugar that the liver generates. Dextrose has a glycemic index (GI) of 100 due to its molecular structure. Whereas sucrose (table sugar) is 65 and fructose is 19 on the GI scale. Dextrose can increase blood sugar levels very quickly and cause more problems for people with diabetes.
