Its fine powder texture dissolve quickly so it perfectly good to add into tea, coffee to consume instantly . The small packages are convenient to cary everywhere . I love that it comes individually packaged so I can easily portion it out and also carry it for later use without a mess. It is VERY sweet, like stevia should be. It's a great substitute for baking, or in tea/coffee. I like the individual packets so I can add as much as I need without wasting any. & the packets lasts longer without the added worry of being wasteful. The look reminds me of powdered sugar so I also use it in decorating desserts. Definitely recommend giving this a try if you're wanting to try zero calorie options
