It’s first till you can put it on veggies and meat. I love that. It is 0 cal and low sodium it doesn’t have a lot of added ingredients like additives Has a very much a profile of garlic onion, paprika like a seasoning salt, but but better. all the ingredients say that they are DI rated to get the flavor profile essence. This is a good brand definitely quality.
