It's got a fantastic blend of heat and crunch, adding an unexpected layer of texture to meats and veggies alike. The flavor has a smoky, slightly spicy cake without being overpowering, which is great for casual cookouts are not everyone likes it super hot. I have steak, chicken,vegetables and even shrimp and it works equally across-the-board. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that I wish the spice level were a bit more customizable—if they made a mild and a spicier version, it would be perfect. Overall, though, it is solid addition to any backyard, barbecuing master's seasoning collection.

I am obsessed with the oil based chili crunch. I had wanted a less oily version but didn't think it existed. I was so happy to find this, but was surprised that it's very sweet unlike oil based chili crunch. I've used it on many foods from breakfast thru dinner (eggs, chicken, pizza) mixed it with oil, mayo and even sour cream which was great as a chip/pretzel dip. It reminded me of the Bang Bang seasoning. I will keep looking for a not so sweet and salty version, but this is still quite addictive.
