I order 2 of these trays for an event based on the description. What I got didn't really match. It's only 40 pieces each instead of 44 and everything is California rolls with toppings. No shrimp tempura rolls or shrimp and rice.

Artificial food color orange rice crisp used for fake smelt roe. NOT REAL SMELT ROE. Totally changes the flavor. I wanted all natural sushi, not artificial food coloring.

They are so delicious. Great price for the quantity. Sometimes I come in just to buy some for lunch. Highly recommend

The package probably just needs to be airtight to keep the rice from drying our and going stale. Everything tasted pretty good and it's a good price. But I probably won't buy it again because of the texture of the stale rice.

Me and my wife LOVE this tray. The quality is comparable to standard sushi and it's not raw so there's no "gas station sushi sickness" to worry about. Good price for what you get.

These are amazing. It's delicious and fresh tasting. This feeds my hungry family of 4 quite easily. So much better than restaurant and we love it because of the variety of this plate.

Picked up to take to a potluck. The sushi was very good and fresh. My only complaint is they only include 3 packets of soy sauce for all of this sushi. I had to stop and get a bottle of soy sauce to take with me.

Everything I buy from them while they're making it fresh while you're watching. If you don't see it in there, they will makeThe sushi you're looking for it's almost by they're amazing artists. Always lovely people all around.

Well worth your money, can feed two people easily with a little leftover for the next day. This is the only sushi I'll eat outside of a dedicated restaurant. Major kudos to the talent that goes behind these dishes.

Definitely not made the same day. It was old. Looked old, tasted old, smelled old. Even the ginger and wasabi were old. We ended up throwing it out. Definitely a waste of money.
