The rice is too cold. It was not good. But if I heat it up then I am making the fish warm. It was not what I expected. I thought it would be better.

Hi Bianca, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We do keep all of our sushi products under refrigeration for food safety reasons. For best results, once you get the sushi home, leave out in ambient temperature for 20-30 minutes to allow the rice to warm up before you enjoy.
