Not fresh. Did you slip yesterday's sushi in my pickup order? I picked it up in the early afternoon and planned to have it for dinner. I was past the "consume by" date & time at 4:21 PM that afternoon.

This tray is boring and misleading. Aside from the shrimp tail on the end, most of the shrimp part of this sushi tray is for show, as it's mostly just the breading. The tray is situated in such a way that makes you think there are 5 different types, but there are only 3, as the ones on the sides are the same as one of the inner ones, just a different color on top

We have purchased many trays of sushi from Sam's over the past few years, and they were always very good and fresh. This particular tray was not very good; the rice was dry and crumbly. I plan to buy it there again, but I suspect this must be a one-off.
