Usually very fresh, occasionally they get moldy before a week is over. Never sliced correctly - the top half is always larger, which makes it hard to fit in the toaster. Has a good taste and a very good price.

It's a good buy for your money. The negative thing that I have to say is that they are loaded with sodium. So this isn't good for those of us that have to watch your sodium intake.

Home Pride buns at Sam's were fresh and very reasonably priced. Stayed fresh for a while after opening or you could freeze due to such a large quantity.

Bought 5 packs since they were the only ones available. 1 pack had mold, 1 pack had bugs, 1 pack was missing a bun and a half, and the other 2 were defect free surprisingly. With the buns I could use they were pretty dry and don't open like they should. You're better off buying a roll and carving out the middle then getting one of these to open right. Won't be buying again.

I sell hot dogs for a living, These buns are the worst ever. They claim to be light and fluffy. However they are dry, they have zero taste, they do not split apart easily. And because they are so dry the buns tears apart, leaving them unusable. I steam my buns, however with these when they get steamed they turn into a soggy piece of mush. I have never seen a bun so bad in my life. I thought maybe it was just 1 pack. But all 20 16pks that I HAD to buy were JUNK and EMBARRASSING that I had to serve my customers that for a day. SAMS CLUB WHY DID YOU DISCONTINUE THE SARA LEE HOT DOG BUN? THOSE WERE THE BEST BUN ON THE MARKET. Now you are trying to force feed us this JUNK. My business depended on those buns, I spend $1000s there a yr for all my supplies for my business. Without those buns. I am taking ALL of my business to your competitor which carry a better hot dog bun, all because you stopped carrying the Sara Lee Hot Dog Buns. And went with this JUNK
