I bought my first one about 3 years ago. I currently have a problem with it because of the crud in our water in Las Vegas. I was out of town for about a month and now when I go to use it it sprays for only a few seconds, not the two minutes. However I have another one in a different bathroom that I purchased after this one and it had the filter with it and it is still working fine. I did take out and clean the little filter and the stainless rods where the water comes out but it hasn't corrected the problem. Just be advised if you are in a hard water area like Arizona or Nevada be sure to use the inline filter.
