The nozzle guard and nozzle pipe cracked just over a year after being installed.

Installation a snap,

This doesn't  have the necessary  water preasure  to do a good job!  I only got this one because my Biobidete stopped working properly after 14 months!  I hab to send it in on the warranty  to be fixed.   I am so hooked on having a bidet  that I bought this one to use while the other was in the shop(so to speak).

Not as good as Biobidete

If I let it run the whole 2 minutes, it cleans my behind shoot without wiping. To clean my frontal area, I need to squirm backwards a lot, but it works. Beeping on sitting down does not disturb my husband at night. Dry doesn't completely dry, but it helps a lot.  I'd buy it again.
