[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a top-tier bidet add-on to the common and lowly toilet. It provides numerous features, including adjusting water temp, spray style. spray rotation, spray location, etc. It is very full-featured, and we now have 2!

I have two of these and should I ever sell this house and move, I will have them installed in my new home as well. I love the reaction they get when I have company over for the first time. I generally end up giving a short tutorial from the other side of the bathroom door.

On a visit with friends in Arizona in late 2012 my husband and I were introduced to the Swash 1000 Bidet Seat. They had one in each of their bathrooms. We decided to purchase 2 ourselves and we still thoroughly enjoy them and would highly recommend this product.

I bought this for my wife. She likes it a lot. The automatic seat warmer is fantastic, especially in the winter. My biggest complaint is that loud "Ding!" it makes when you sit down. I wish you could disable it. It is annoying if someone goes to the bathroom at night, and the other person gets woken up by the darn toilet seat.

Purchased a 1000 model in January 2021 after seeking reviews from Consumer Reports and Wirecutter. I am over 65 years old and in thinking ahead about aging and more limited mobility, felt a bidet would be a great “aging in place” addition to our master bath. Since I’ve never had a bidet nor experience with any other brands, its difficult for me to give the Brondell a 5 star rating, although I was tempted as it delivers to my expectations. I mounted the remote control next to our toilet paper holder for easy reach - don’t even have to take the remote out of the holder. Love the magnet that holds the remote in its cradle. Options on the remote to control water pressure, temperatures (of water and seat) and directional spray are all very clear and user friendly. Installation instructions are simple enough for a casually handy person like me. I was a “heavy” user of toilet paper and our older home sewer pipes have had some periodic clogging over the years. After cleaning with the Brondell, I still use a tiny bit of toilet paper for a final check, but I would say I have reduced my toilet paper usage by 90%! This will be good for the environment, save money on toilet paper and save money on water usage (fewer flushes). And eliminate frustration about the recent pandemic toilet paper shortages. Seriously thinking about getting a second bidet for our guest bathroom. I would recommend Brondell to anyone. It’s a reasonable investment in convenience, comfort, cleanliness and I would say good health. Thank you Brondell for a quality, thoughtful product.

This is the third Swash 1000 we have owned and have loved every one of them. The service department has always been helpful if we needed assistance with a problem. We will certainly purchase another one when that day comes. I have recommended your company/products to friends who are interested in embracing a more sanitary way to cleanse.

I first experienced the "Swash 1000" at my family lodge in North Carolina. My sister-in-law had ordered it for the heated seat feature. I sat down to see how it felt and was immediately swept up by all the control pad options. So, I ordered one for my own home. Now, nearly a year later, I have become enamored. Last month my wife and I had 2 couples over to house-sit for a week and naturally they decided to test-drive the Swash 1000 - they all loved it. One of our friends said they needed to have a "safe word" just in case.

We have had another brand aftermarket bidet , the Brondell Swash Seat far exceeded our expectations. My husband has neuropathy in hands and weighs 300lbs. Prior to the Swash his attempts at perinea hygiene were at best poor. His self esteem suffered as I could not always be there to assist. The Swash solved all his problems with its multifunctional remote managing several cleaning options. No more mess and embarrassment I wish all toilets came with the seat as a standard as I enjoy using it too.

2 weeks after installation 1nozzle didn't move anymore. I called the customer service and in 2 days I got a new entire seat-bidet replacement. I could return the old one, no extra charge for me. I'm not 100% sure about the quality, but at least the costumer service is excellent
