We have had our Swash 1000 for a couple months and it has shined all along. It is so easy to install & use, the remote control is so convenient.

I had no problem installing the unit. One ? would have helped if a 90 elbow was provided at seat to supply line.

Bought this a couple of months ago and discovered the "Apple" of bidet seats. I'm impressed, great investment.
