Its lovely, the second one I purchased. I ware it everyday. My previous one I pretty much destroyed wearing it all the time for 4 years. Its pretty, adjustable althought that part doen't work well. I do wear it full lenth though so not a big deal for me.

Perfect. I love this adjustable chain. I have one in gold and another in silver. It allows me to always have the perfect length for any pendant that I wish to wear. So when I was looking for a 14K gold chain for a pendant I purchased for my granddaughter...I knew where to look. However, I was disappointed that I could not pick it up at the local club but that I would need to order it. I did and she loves it.

I bought this chain for my daughter after having made a prior purchase for myself. We both love how delicate it is and the bonus is that it is adjustable. Great to pair with a favorite pendant or charm.

One of the comments I read before ordering was that the clasp was too small and I do agree with that. I cannot put it on myself, I have to recruit to Husband's help and I really don't like that, but it is beautiful so hope I don't have to remove it too often.

Dainty and functional. It was a little pricy, but less expensive than from a jewelry store. I don't know how long the adjuster will still grip to shorten the chain, but it works for now. Box chains don't kink or tangle easily, but sometimes grab neck hair.

Clasp was not substantial enough for me to trust to use with a pendant. Returned to local Sam's Club and was surprised to find out that the store price was roughly $20 lower than the online price. They would only refund the value that scanned in the store. I realize that I would lose shipping cost but did not expect the actual item cost would differ. All in all this mistake cost me $40.

The adjustability of the chain was good in theory. Not in practice. The extra length always worked around to the front so it looked weird. Especially since I got it to wear a pendant on. So it was the pendant and the extra chain dangling in front. I’m returning it.

Great price but I’m sorry to say that it does not catch so it always slides down. If you want a 22 inch chain then it’s fine. So sad that I’ll have to return it.

This necklace is quite beautiful and would have been used often with pendants, had I been able to wear it. Unfortunately, the clasp is so tiny neither my husband nor I can work it. I haven't been able to even try it on. I'll either have to return it or pay a jeweler to replace the clasp with something larger. I'm very disappointed!

The chain is thinner than expected but it's fine. The BIG problem is that it does not stay at the length you select. It always slides back to the longest length bc the little ball does not hold. This happens within two minutes of setting the desired length. if you want a longer chain that is not adjustable, this is for you, but that is NOT HOW IT'S ADVERTISED.
