I use the shakes as meal replacements. They are quite filling and taste great.

I mixed it with my coffee. Loved it! Wish it would have been more available to purchase.

use it on cereal in the morning and also as a diabetic control with low blood sugar.

Didn't taste the mint. Tasted just like the chocolate one. Was overly sweet.
