If you feel cold air, then the door is not sealing adequately. <br />You can adjust the door by loosening the top hinge to reposition/adjust the refrigerator door to create a tight seal.<br />Adjust the front levelling feet of your unit such that the front of the unit is slightly higher than the rear. Gravity will assist the door to close with a proper seal.<br />TIP: Close the door on a dollar bill (or similar). The dollar bill should not easily pull out - there should be some resistance. Perform the “Dollar Bill Test” on the top, both sides, &amp; bottom of your refrigerator or freezer door, and adjust accordingly.<br />Do not over fill your refrigerator/freezer to prevent food items from shifting and impeding the refrigerator door from closing properly.<br />Place only cool or cold food items in your refrigerator/freezer. Hot foods introduce humidity into the food storage compartment, which contributes to condensation build up. Allow hot foods to cool before placing them in the refrigerator.<br />Wrap foods tightly with plastic wrap. Glass container lids typically do not provide a proper seal.<br />Dry the exterior of food before storing. <br />Reduce the amount of time the door remains open. Holding the door open allows humid ambient air to enter the refrigerator/freezer.<br />Fruits and vegetables are typically high in moisture content and when left uncovered/unwrapped, will contribute to humidity in your refrigerator.<br />Door Seal Care:<br />Keep the door seal clean. You can clean your door seal with a solution of one tsp of baking soda to a quart of lukewarm water. Pour the solution onto a clean sponge, and wipe it over the seal. Sponge off the solution with clear water and dry the seal with a clean cloth before closing the freezer door.<br />Keep the door seal flexible by lubricating it with some petroleum jelly (e.g. Vaseline). We pride ourselves on our high-quality standards and regret that our product did not live up to your expectations. The condensation on the interior back wall is a normal condition for a manual defrost refrigerator.The evaporator coils for the refrigerator are located immediately behind the back wall of the refrigerator and as such they are the coldest surface in the refrigerator compartment.Warm humid air enters the unit whenever the door is opened and condenses on the cold surface of the back wall. As well, moisture escapes from fruit and vegetables and food items that are not wrapped securely.The moisture condenses on the cold surface of the rear wall of the refrigerator compartment. (Think of a cold glass of water on a warm Summer day).When the refrigeration system is operating, the moisture may freeze on the very cold surface of the rear of the refrigeration compartment.The frost/ice will thaw when the refrigeration system is not operating as the temperature rises, and the water will run down the rear wall of the refrigerator compartment where it is channeled into a drain tube that routes it to a drip tray mounted on top of the compressor. (The heat generated by the refrigeration system compressor aids in evaporation of the water in the drip tray).
