Perfect small fridge
I'm renting a room and the house refrigerator is too small for everybody so I got this for my room. It's absolutely perfect for my needs and if absolutely recommend it. THE GOOD: Temperature stable Adjustable thermostat so you can get the temperature you like Lots of storage in the door and perfect height shelves for everything. Very little wasted space. Egg tray Ice cube tray Door shelves Perfect height freezer shelf Reversible doors (which I reversed) Quiet operation THE BAD The bottom drawer doesn't have a slider. It just kinda sits there and can come out at wonky angles. It's also a little flimsy. THE UGLY Nothing. All-in-all I think this has been a great purchase at a great price. The square footage sounds small but it's got room enough for about 2 weeks worth of food. I'm extremely happy with it. I didn't have any dents in mine, but I bought it in-store and cost an undamaged box. If you have it shipped I think it could be a problem. Shippers are brutal with large boxes. There's no egg tray in my photos because a roommate is borrowing it! 😜

Do any show up undamaged???
They need a better shipping carton! I have seen online.The 80% of them show up damaged, even right out of the store.And you don't know it till you get home and get it out of the box. I may do with all the dents in the bent frame by re aligning the door and putting pieces of wood under it to get it to level because it was so messed up but it runs.

Arrived Damaged, Bummer!
I read the reviews of the fridge being damaged upon arrival. I took a chance and hoped my fridge wasn’t one of those unlucky ones. However, this was not the case. The inside bottom was dented but doesn’t at all affect the function of the fridge, it’s just ugly. I called Sam’s to see if I could get a partial refund but they only offered a replacement or a return. I decided to just keep it. Bummer

Help! Why does the freezer keep icing up so badly
We purchased this fridge for our small office approximately one month ago. The unit looks great but the freezer keeps icing (a lot, not a little) and I can’t figure out what’s causing this. I’ve reread the manual and there are no troubleshooting tips in it. So then I went to YouTube to see what I could find there and that was also unsuccessful. So, I’m hoping this review will garner some attention from the manufacturer so I can get some assistance. Could it be a bad freezer door seal? Do I need to consistently keep something in the freezer? Do I have the single temp control set wrong (on 3). If I could figure out this problem I would gladly change my review to 5 ⭐️ because the unit is really the perfect addition to our space.

Here's a tutorial on how to resolve the issue you describe:How to Reduce & Resolve Frost Buildup in Upright Freezers, Refrigerator and Freezer Compartments of Refrigerators.Frost occurs when moisture in ambient air touches the cold evaporator coils, metal shelves and interior sides of a freezer or refrigerator.Steps you can take to reduce frost build up:Move your hand around the outside of the freezer/refrigerator door. If you feel cold air, then the door is not sealing adequately. You can adjust the door by loosening the top hinge to reposition/adjust the freezer door to create a tight seal.Adjust the front levelling feet of your unit such that the front of the unit is slightly higher than the rear. Gravity will assist the door to close with a proper seal.TIP: Close the door on a dollar bill (or similar). The dollar bill should not easily pull out - there should be some resistance. Perform the “Dollar Bill Test” on the top, sides, bottom of your freezer door, and adjust accordingly.Do not over fill your freezer to prevent food items from shifting and preventing the freezer door from closing properly.Place only cool or cold food items in your refrigerator or freezer. Hot foods introduce humidity into the food storage compartment, which contributes to frost build up. Allow hot foods to cool before placing them in the refrigerator or freezer.Wrap foods tightly with plastic wrap. Butcher paper is not an adequate wrapping material. Glass container lids typically do not provide a proper seal.Dry the exterior of food before storing. Damaged and damaged replacemen
I purchased this a few weeks ago. It came in with no damage to the shipping box, but when we took it out of the box, there were huge dents everywhere. It obviously was dented before being boxed or shipped. So I do a return to get a new one. This one came in yesterday. The box was in perfect condition again, took the box off, and although it wasn't as dented as the first one, it was definitely damaged, and again prior to being boxed and shipped. Contacted Sam's customer support today. I explained my husband and I are both disabled and can't physically keep moving refrigerators, so we would just keep it despite all the cosmetic damage, but they needed to implement some type of quality control. They gave me a $29 credit for it being damaged if we were willing to keep it. Completely ridiculous. I don't that we will renew our membership this year after this experience. If you have to pay to shop at a store that apparently has a batch of damaged appliances they are attempting to get rid of, without advertising it's damaged, it's not worth my time or money. I expect better out of Sam's Club and the quality of their products, especially when I am paying to shop there.

Arrived damaged!!!
Refrigerator packaging arrived damaged! Upon opening the damaged package, the refrigerator has dent where the shipping box had damage. Noticeable ding/dent right on the upper door. Unless you are looking for a brand new refrigerator that comes with cosmetic damage then I would not recommend this product!
