Everything about this fridge is excellent

I got this delivered a few days ago and it had a little damage on the side call the one 800 customer service. They gave me three choices. Return will replace it return it will refund you or we can give you 25% discount and I took the discount, but I tell you this fridge is the best little mini fridge that you can buy. Nice quiet and works great.

bad delivery

I will never order anything from Sam Club to be delivered. There were instructions as to where to deliver it to and the just dropped off at the wrong apartment. I now have to find a way to get to my a. partment. The people whose apartment where is was left were mad that the fridge that they never ordered blocked them from getting out their front door. They only have one way out. This is an absolute error on the part of Sams and Fedex. I will be returning it and maybe they can pick it back up without screwing up the very plain instructions that I gave them when I ordered this fridge. Probably will be cancelling my membership also and I spend a lot of money at Sams. One very disappointed customer.

This is not a frost free item so be prepared to have to defrost it monthly if you purchase

Hi Angie, you are correct, this is a manual defrost refrigerator. Frequency of defrosting is affected by ambient humidity and temperature and the amount of time the door is held open allowing ambient air to enter the refrigerator, and contents of the refrigerator.

Wet inside!!!

I got this 7.5 refrigerator about a month ago and i have moisture in the back of the refrigerator running down the backwall. My big refrigerators don't do this!

We pride ourselves on our high-quality standards and regret that our product did not live up to your expectations. The condensation on the interior back wall is a normal condition for a manual defrost refrigerator.The evaporator coils for the refrigerator are located immediately behind the back wall of the refrigerator and as such they are the coldest surface in the refrigerator compartment.Warm humid air enters the unit whenever the door is opened and condenses on the cold surface of the back wall. As well, moisture escapes from fruit and vegetables and food items that are not wrapped securely.The moisture condenses on the cold surface of the rear wall of the refrigerator compartment. (Think of a cold glass of water on a warm Summer day).When the refrigeration system is operating, the moisture may freeze on the very cold surface of the rear of the refrigeration compartment.The frost/ice will thaw when the refrigeration system is not operating as the temperature rises, and the water will run down the rear wall of the refrigerator compartment where it is channeled into a drain tube that routes it to a drip tray mounted on top of the compressor. (The heat generated by the refrigeration system compressor aids in evaporation of the water in the drip tray).

Freezing and exploding cokes!

Freezing and exploding cokes! Third time our sodas have exploded. even when the fridge temp is 37 degrees. It seems to happen to the sodas that are in the back row close to the back wall. This is very disappointing!!
