This size is perfect for her. She weighs 90 lbs., and this size fit her like a glove. It helped hold her colostomy bag in place, and she didn't have to worry about changing her panties after sneezing during pollen season.

During the night when I check on her, I frequently have to get her out of a wet bed and change the sheets and disrupt her from her sleep. I have used these for 3 nights in a row now and to my amazement, the sheets are dry all night long and she is getting better sleep and waking up happier without disruption during the middle of the night to change sheets and her clothing. I will be using these every night from now on as they work and are fantastic in holding in the wetness. I have not noticed any leaks on the sheets or her clothing and that will also save on daily bedding wash!!!
