They do leak somewhat, I was surprised. I wouldn't have expected that to happen. I would have expected better protection from a depend underwear. I expected it to be more like pampers, they don't leak unless there is a "bucket" full in there!

I use this for my 18 yr old autistic grandson. I have to change the sheets every night because his urine comes out the side or overfills the padding. I understand the BM issue discussed also. Padding needs to be higher and also in the side.
