I use this for my 18 yr old autistic grandson. I have to change the sheets every night because his urine comes out the side or overfills the padding. I understand the BM issue discussed also. Padding needs to be higher and also in the side.

These pull-ups are the best; I highly recommend them. Depending on how heavy one wets, these are usually enough to protect one's dignity. I wouldn't leave home without them on; unless of course, I have the Depends Maximum Protection on instead!
