I use these whenever I go out in public so I don't have any embarrassing accidents. I highly recommend these to anyone that has issues like this. These are comfortable, control odor, and great absorbency to help keep those embarrassing moments from happening. They bring peace of mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a package of Depend Fresh Protection Bladder Leak Underwear in size medium from Influenster in exchange for my review. I never used this type of product before. I usually use the bladder leak pads when I get stress incontinence, which occurs mostly when I am sick from frequent coughing. The material feels similar to the hospital type maternity underwear given after child birth, it has multiple rows of smocking, and a large, thicker pad built in. The fit is slightly snug, and the pad can feel unbreathable during extremely hot weather. It gets difficult to pull up and down when sweaty. The pad itself has a lot of absorbency, which is ideal as there were many pads I would have to change every hour. The coverage and shape provides security in avoiding leakage from the front, back and sides. The downside would be trying to change the underwear in a public setting. In those cases, a pad would be more beneficial. The upside is less frequent changing of pads since the underwear absorbs more liquid and it feels more secure, as pads still can leak. So while I think it doesn't replace pads, it depends on the situation to use this to fulfill your needs. I would use this alternatively depending on how frequent and heavy leakage occurs.

Absorption level was perfect. I do feel I’d look for a slightly more slim product myself. For now I’ll stick to pads, but I’m glad I tried these. Will still use in the future.

These have been a great solution for her. They fit comfortably, look and feel much more like regular underwear than traditional incontinence products and provide reliable protection for everyday use. The absorbency has been more than enough for occasional leaks, and she appreciates that they help her feel at ease when she's out running errands, exercising, or spending time with family. They're also discreet under clothing and don't feel bulky.

They are thin but very absorbent. I tend to hold my pee and then rush to bathroom so end up leaking a bit at times, this worked great for those times. I also live the design to indicate what side is the front. Would definitely buy and recommend to others.

I tend to experience incontinence when I’m laughing or sneezing, or sometimes from picking up heavy objects. Whenever I am doing a task, or going to be exercising and lifting weights, or even traveling for long periods of time, I always take these with me. They are soft and comfortable. I love how flexible they are. They are super absorbent and have absolutely no odor. It’s just like wearing underwear to me. And at the end of the day, I can just pull them off and throw them in the trash and it’s a no fuss no mess situation. They will last all day for me without any rips or discomfort. They are durable and feel of nice quality. I am very happy with these.

They're comfortable, dependable, and I've had no issues with leakage. I also like that the thickness feels balanced — enough to provide good protection without feeling overly bulky. They're fairly discreet under clothing and don't stand out as much as some other products can. They also hold up well throughout the day and feel durable without tearing or losing shape easily. My only downside is the fit. It seems like they're designed more for a rounder bottom shape, so the fit wasn't feel quite as natural for my body type as I'd hoped. Other than that, the quality, absorbency, and overall performance are excellent.
