I was hesitant at first because I thought they would have been smaller or fit more bulky, but this is not the case. They actually fit more like real cotton underwear now. They were not saggy or bulky and I was able to wear them even at my most active point of the day while I was working out at the gym and they were not noticeable at all. I love that Depend has done all this new research to make their products more real so you can feel more normal and less like you have the problem of incontinence. They were much more comfortable and absorbent than the pads and giant mesh panties you get from the hospital. Depend® FIT-FLEX® Underwear are great they don't leak and feel comfortable like wearing real underwear. Perfect for those bladder leaks during a cold. They come in different sizes and colors. The design, including the good fitting elastic around the legs as well as the type material, makes them the most absorbent underwear I have tried. Good fit and very absorbent.

I found they worked much better to let my hips and waist 'stretch' it out. I also found when wearing pants over them they stayed in place all day. Wearing a skirt or dress over them allowed the tops to roll down as I moved around. All things considered, I really liked this product!

When I found Silhouette I was delighted. They fit well and I never worry about leaks. However I had a terrible time opening the package of 22. I finally found it works well to cut the package in two and have two equal ones to put in the cabinet. I suggest you fix the package with a pull tab to open the package into two. It would be so much easier for arthritic hands.
