There is a good amount of stretch so they can fit a range of waists. What I noticed that's a little different than other similar products is the quilting inside. The sides also tear easily to remove. Overall they do what they are meant to do in a dignified way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it , and it works very well . I am one who ends up with a full bladder which then lets go . Ii holds all the urine , and then some . Holds the smell very well too . Easy to put on , and take off . So glad I have Depend diapers / underwear .

I tried xl Depends. I have a 44 in waist and the leg openings were too tight. The waist was a marginal fit. I’m sure you have enough customers to warrant making a larger size. The only option I have right now is Attends and they’re just awful. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone over a 38” waist.

The color is nice, dark grey so it’s not going to stand out that much if someone sees it. Honestly, they’re just like regular underwear. I just don’t have to worry about having an accident.
