Enter Depend Fresh Protection—aka the superhero of bladder leak defense. Got these for my dad, and he’s officially a believer. First off, not bulky—which means no awkward diaper vibes. Second, super absorbent—seriously, it soaks up like a sponge on steroids (25x its weight, apparently?!). No leaks, no weird dampness, and no unfortunate odors sneaking up on you. Dad says they’re comfortable, stay in place, and don’t feel like he’s wearing a mattress down there. Plus, they actually look like regular underwear, so no one will know unless you tell them (which… why would you?).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wear the Depend Fit-Flex during my running. They are not bulky and therefore do not show through your clothing. They do absorb a lot. Good comfortable fit around the legs. Only complaint is whatever the material is made of for the waist, I wish it was different. Since I wear them only when running, I'm sweating a lot and it isn't very comfortable. If these could be made with a wicking material for the waist area that would be great.

The fit, although different than normal undergarments, actually was comfortable after about 30m. It was used as precautionary so I’m not able to fully evaluate the absorbency, but the comfort was much better than I expected.

The panty fits very nicely... It is not bulky and I do not have to worry about leaks! It is NOT hot , nor does it make me sweat while wearing it and it does not show under my night clothes. The product seems designed for "no butt" male models, not for guys with average bottoms. The rear fabric is so tight that stool always contacts the very top of the pad or even the waistband - very difficult to keep clean. BTW I've tried Large (allegedly for 40 inch waist, hah) and XL sizes. The labeling mentions nothing about recommended incontinence use - bladder or bowel.

The underwear does not have a strong smell and does not cause allergies to the skin. As for absorption, it is at the highest level. Very comfortable underwear.

These have helped tremendously for trying to get to the bathroom in time. I've tried a few other brands, but I love the way these have the longer bodice. They are comfortable, not bulky and work great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Depend underwear is better than other brands for few reasons: 1. Neutralizes odor. 2. Fit--no gaps around legs or elastic around legs that cuts into you because it is too tight. No bunching up in the behind area. 3. They feel like a 2nd skin....so buttery soft and comfy cozy. My complaint is the same for all brands...they never hold enough fluid so urine runs down legs and onto the floor. My friends and relatives have the same experiences that I do. We want a better product. This product holds a lot more than the usual underwear because it is for overnight. I do wish their was a product to absorb all the urine loss and prevent it from running down legs. The best thing about these panties for me...they do not harbor bacteria. Especially in the summer heat from sweating...they absorb the sweat and I feel so comfortable.
