It comes on fast & I have no time to make it to the bathroom and God Forbid if there's a line. They are comfortable to wear, no one could tell I had them on and it made all the difference in the world between going home & changing clothes or staying where I was without having to worry. I am writing, because I have an Uncle who is supposed to be using these. However, you don't make them big enough for him. I have noticed that all companies think that L is the biggest people, when in fact it isn't. I would love to see you make these larger for BIG men. My uncle has, I think, about 20 packages, and he can't use them. Would be wonderful if you could make them bigger and then exchange what he has. I don't believe that will happen soon, so will be donating the packages he has to a care home. I am only rating it the way I did, because they aren't feasible for BIG men.

I received the large size and initially thought they'd be swimming on me, but they fit comfortably AND stayed put whether during a day around the house or while taking a moderately-paced 45-minute walk. The outer material is a soft "plastic", but doesn't make crinkly noises while walking. It's like wearing regular underwear and the fit is quite smooth even under Lycra workout pants. The pants sit comfortably above my hips, with no roll-down from my little potbelly! The padding coverage is more than adequate, and any leaks seem to be quickly absorbed and wicked away from the body - so, no irritation! A *huge* plus for me is that this product is unscented. So many pads are scented which I'm sensitive to, even if it's very light. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I experienced slight skin irritation from one of the pants openings while exercising. Not horrible, and I might try wearing looser workout pants next time.

These underwear are very comfortable, fits perfectly and no more hassle to adjust the pads. Highly durable and stays longer, also does not rip like pads. Seems like they also lock the odor. If you are struggling with the discomfort of absorbent pads (sometimes multiple) then I will highly recommend these underwear.

He will be having surgery in the middle of March to have his Prostate removed. So he will be having Catheter for several weeks and he will be needing to wear the Men’s Depends. When these popped up for a free trail I figured these would be a huge help for him during this time. I will write a more detailed review once he is able to try them out. From what I’ve read in some reviews so far they seem to be very durable and control the order. It’s awful my stepdad has to go through this but Atleast he has a product that will help him get through it the best he can.
