With that said, I have bowel leakage also, so I have to wear FitFlex backwards and add a Depends men's shield in front. I strongly urge Depends to make the absorbent material the same length on the back side as it does on the front side. I believe this would make a lot of customers happy.

The underwear are pink, have a cute design, and are very comfortable with the soft, flexible fabric they are made of. They absorb 25x it's weight and neutralize odors. I am a satisfied customer.

My Mom been using this product for less than a year. She is 95 and they comfortably fit her. My only concern as her daughter in helping her is that they tear easily when pulling them up and that they are costly. Our family would love to receive coupons to help with the cost. No odor if using for overnight night and discard in the morning. Good absorbency. Would wear during the day does show over leggings. Would only wear at night during the day if id be staying home to go out if you don’t want it to show be aware it does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thin padding did not inspire confidence but never ripped or leaked, these are heavy duty and great despite appearances. Even for overnight. I got kind of confused by which way is front because most brands have a tag printed in the back but these are 'tagless' with just a decorative design in the front. I did find them to be more crinkly and loud sounding compared to other products or even other products from this brand and I didn't like to hear that at all, it kind of ruins the fantasy of them being underwear and makes them much more diaper-like. Other than that, very comfortable, trustworthy.

The design was great I has no problem wearing them I will continue to use so I can see if I leak at night when I am sleeping. This product had a good long lasting effect for the good part I would recommend these underwear for good sleeping habits so you won't leak.i know that when you use these product you will be very impressed to see the use of these was very helpful and that your sleeping will be good because you won't have to worry about the leaking into your normal sleepwear. They had a very comfortable fit for me I did very good through a nights sleep. So if you are having trouble with your bladder being weak these are the best for that type of problem you may be having while sleeping at night.

The product is superior to generic and store brands but there needs to be a better seal, for lack of a better word, around the crotch. The design seems more suited to women than men. It is certainly not designed with the bulkier male genital anatomy in mind. Other than that, great product!

I have been wearing both the Fit and Flex and the Silhouette products for over two years now. I wear the Fit and Flex during the weekdays and nights, and I wear the Silhouette when I go to church or special functions. Overall the Fit and Flex has been an excellent product for me to wear during the day, but sometimes during the night there are small leaks because my urine stream seems to be more to the right side than in the center. During the daytime this isn't an issue at all but at night it can be frustrating to wake up and there is leakage up my backside that makes it go over the edge of the pad. I love the Silhouette products the best. They are very comfortable even though I am a very overweight woman suffering from cancer. I wear them when I go to church or to a special occasion and call them my "pretty panties" because they truly do feel like regular underwear. I have never had leakage with these, even if I wear them overnight. The colors are pretty but I do wish they had some with flowers like the Fit and Flex to make them prettier. I would definitely recommend this product for any cancer patient suffering with incontinence.
