For the use I get from these pads, it is very dependable, I wear them constantly, and I am amazed at how absorbent they are. I have a problem with leakage and they do the job for me, be it all day or all night.

They will not stay in place. I constantly have to pull them up. I thought they might make my life easier after a few weeks of 'accidents'. Laundry detergent 'fits' better.

if you have high ouyput these will Not satisfy you. if standing you'll be fine.once. if sitting you'll be wet and showing it. very disappointing for all the hype

I have used Depends Women's Diapers and find they do not help much with my urinary incontinence as I find they let the urine leak down my legs and I need to wear a longer pad inside the Depends.

I think they are the best thing to wear. I pay for these out of pocket and I buy them in bulk. The more you buy the more you save. Great product!

I have cancer so I have incontinence. I’ve tried almost every brand out there and I thought because these were a popular name and have been around for a long time and they cost more that they would be better.. they are horrible.! They run really large they come up almost to my chest. The legs are way too big and very little absorbency. It’s my first time buying them and I will not buy them again.

Have tried other brands, but for me, these are the best. Have recently put on weight, so switched to a larger size. Oddly enough, the larger size does not fit as well. That is mostly the padded part staying in place. The larger size does the job, but the smaller gives me the confidence of feeling completely secure all the time I’m wearing it. So, guess what I’m saying is, you don’t have to worry about getting exactly the correct size.! They are really comfortable regardless.
