It is comfortable and held all small accidents while out with friends. I recently had to star wearing these since my trips to bathroom are too frequent now. These keep me very confident and havent leaked yet and i have worried about it but it really does great. I realized i needed them when I had my first accident when sleeping. They fit nicely, stay in place, and don’t feel too tight or bulky, which I really like. They soak up well too, so I don’t have to worry much when I’m out. The expanded waist size has a much more comfortable fit and are very flexible and don't make that swooshing sound when walking in them. The underwear are very absorbent and prevent leakage out of the sides, even when laying down. They aren't too bulky and offer a just right fit. These offer a good fit for larger, XXL women, like myself. I felt confident in wearing these, during the day and at night.

Something she could feel confident about and take care of on her own as well as something I could help her with on her bad days. These are so easy to pack in a purse or bag and totally discrete. Pads where not always long, these worked perfectly no matter what position she was in. The waist band is wide and stretchy, she said it was very comfortable. These never slipped out of place, or bunched up. She could wear them with pants or skirts without worry about how it looked. Unlike the ones given to her at the hospital, they do NOT look like giant diapers and do not have that plastic rustling sound when you walk. They gave her back her confidence.
