I am caring for an elderly friend, he is incontinent of urine and sometimes stool. He still wants to maintain his dignity and independence by maintaining his personal hygiene.... His mobility is decreasing. We loves the product and have been using it for approximately 10 months. The problem he encounters is when he has an accident. He has to remove his pants to change the depend which is like dressing and undressing each time and it can be frustrating to him. I know you have the guards to place inside of the depend. But do you have a product or will you create a product that can be released from the sides to be removed and can be reapplied in the same manner without the individual having to remove their clothes to change the depend?

Now, I don’t have urinal issues, but my cousin does. I gave him one to try and he likes them! But turns out he already uses these exact ones. Same company, same size. He told me that these hold and absorb the urine well. I totally recommend these underwears to anyone who has urinal issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very thin compared to the one I usually got for my mother. However, the absorbency is quite good. It's snug but not tight, and she still can move around during dance and work. Cannot smell anything too bad. Good for summer wear.

I have changed my mom's clothes, sheets,. chair pads, etc more than I usually do a week these last 3 days. The confidence core may absorb fast, but it does not hold much. I see these are for moderate absorbency. Why waste your money! I liked the Depends we have bought the past 2 years, not these.

I really like the fit and feel. I feel completely protected when I wear these. They are a little bulkier than others (not by much) but I really dont mind. Oh and they don't irritate my skin at all. I've tried other brands on the past that did irritate my skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] had bladder and prostrate removed. they took about 16 inches of my intestine and built me a new bladder. the intestine does not have muscles like a bladder, so you are subject to leakage and must use the underwear at night and the pads during the day. they help you when you need them.
