He struggled with regular adult diapers, but Depends were more like underwear and familiar to him. They seal around the legs well to prevent leaks and they fit like normal underwear. They look like regular underware, so they aren't bulky, the fit is perfect & extremely durable! They are super comfortable and with the odor control, there is NO SMELL!! Granite I usually just have large leaks when I laugh or cough or if I don't feel like I have to pee and then out of nowhere I feel like I'm going to pee my pants, literally and I mean going from no feelings of having to pee to 30 seconds later I feel like I'm going to literally pee pants. Sometimes it gets so bad I have to do the don't pee your pants walk or literally hold myself so I don't pee everywhere. It's extremely frustrating and embarrassing but with the Depends fresh protection underwear I don't have to worry about it because if I can't make it to a bathroom I know I'm protected.

Great fit,absorption was super & pretty too.The only negative that I found with this product is that after you have worn it for a while,the elastic relaxes ,then the brief slides down.My solution was to wear panties over it.

These underwear absorbs 25x of it's weight. It has dry shield technology. To keep you feeling dry. It also neutralizes odor.
