Almost two years ago at age 60 I had surgery for prostate cancer. Due to the location of the tumor, only one nerve bundle could be spared. As a result, I have never regained full continence. For some time I used pads such as Depend Guards. However, I have found that Depend Fit Flex underwear work best for me. They are very comfortable, work very well to keep my clothes dry, and are the best solution for me with activities such as hiking. Plus, wearing them under clothes looks "normal". Though I think that I am fairly young for this I need to wear these 24/7; incontinence is just part of my post cancer life. I highly recommend Depend Fit Flex.

The sample lasted about 3 days whereas the new underwear disintegrated in less than 8 hours. This is poor value. I do not use the underwear for incontinence problems but because I have serious scar tissue on my behind in the crack and hoped the garment would cushion the pain of sitting or lying down. They started to do this successfully until they fell apart a few hours later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These underwear are absorptive but breathable, making them comfy for wear overnight or through the day. The material is soft and stretchy which feels more like normal clothing. The briefs can be torn down the sides for easy disposal.

It's a great brand to wear at home for the first 3 weeks postpartum. I looove the quality of absorbency , however they can be very warm, and holds heat in.

I tried Depends that I brought with me(sample) and was quite relieved to have a great nights sleep without even worrying about soiling the bed. The fabric felt bulky and didn’t breathe well, causing a clammy sensation after a few hours. The underwear also shifted easily, requiring frequent adjustments, which was frustrating. For anyone prioritizing comfort, these might not be the best choice despite their protective qualities.

If having a diaper on is the feel you're going for, then this product is definitely for you. It doesn't help much to mask odor either. As far as absorbency, as long as it's not a full bladder you'll be ok.

Great absorbent, the material have no weird smell or anything. It can also great for mother after birth or women with menstrual period to wear at night.
