These incontinence underwear are very comfortable to wear under shorts, jeans , or dresses. The odor control is excellent and they are very absorbent. I am so happy that I no longer have to worry about unwanted leaks! The fit is spot on and the sizing is completely accurate. These are the best protection for a busy woman who doesn’t want the embarrassment of urine leakage while going about a busy day! The only suggestion I would make is to change the design color on the front. At first glance, the gray design on the beige underwear looked like mold spots to me. Offering different underwear color choices (like black and white as well) in each size would be a bonus.

Of course, no product is perfect. I’d love just a little more breathability during hot days, but overall, they’ve made a big difference in my day-to-day comfort and confidence. I don't have bladder issue but rather problems holding back loose bowel movements and these work very well. They contain accidents very well and I keep an extra with me at work. They more then pay for themselves by preventing an accident from ruining a good pair of pants. My only complaint is that the absorption material could be a little stronger as it shreds after about 10 hours. You can keep one on for a full day but in the end the material that is between you and the absorption stuff, starts to break down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not the typical Depend Incontinence Underwear customer but since the (physically traumatic) birth of my first child ten years ago, I’ve had incontinence issues when I cough, sneeze or even run. I got my typical size and they fit well. Not too tight or loose. They’re the “Nighttime” style and have a large, very absorbent pad so they do bunch quite a bit on my bottom and front. I wouldn’t be able to wear leggings or form fitting pants with these. I can also feel the pad when I sit. I like how they tried to make them a little cute with the flowers on the front and nude color. They are great as far as absorbency and odor control go. Overall I’m very satisfied.

I've been using adult diapers for bedwetting since I was 11 and I'm 34 and started to find wet spots in my underwear so I started to try to find a pullup that doesn't show under my work clothes after trying store brand products I found the depends fit flex pullups. I can go an entire 12 hour shift and not need a change and they can be hid under my work clothes.
