The sizing is accurate to the packaging and these really absorb liquid and odor well and keep it in its place vs being wet and uncomfortable like other products.

The stretchy part went up higher than the brand I’m used to and provided more coverage on the backside, which was great. During daytime use, these underwear were great and absorbent. However, at night I had issues on several nights with leakage occurring on the backside. Liquid seemed to run up the back on both occasions. If the absorbent part of the underwear extended further up the backside I don’t think there’d be a leakage issue. These are advertised as nighttime underwear, but I think they’re better for daytime use.

They were comfortable and supra singly after a short adjust time I didn't really notice I was wearing them. I do feel they are a reliable way to help with incontinence problems.
