My son is mentally and physically handicapped and a very big man. Try expanding your line to include bigger sizes. I love the way these look more like underwear.

What I do not like is, when I do wet and I am at a store or just plain shopping, my pants fill like they weight a lot and I become uncomfortable when walking and can not find a bathroom close by real fast.

I am happy to report that these do not leak, are more discreet than other brand and have been a god send for these people. They fit right and are comfortable but most importantly do not leak! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thin padding did not inspire confidence but never ripped or leaked, these are heavy duty and great despite appearances. Even for overnight. I got kind of confused by which way is front because most brands have a tag printed in the back but these are 'tagless' with just a decorative design in the front. I did find them to be more crinkly and loud sounding compared to other products or even other products from this brand and I didn't like to hear that at all, it kind of ruins the fantasy of them being underwear and makes them much more diaper-like. Other than that, very comfortable, trustworthy.

I Was able to share them with a handicap family member and they worked great for them. The fit was good and they were really absorbent. The material was comfortable for them too.

I have tried other variety before but this particular Fit-flex underwear has an effective absorbent pad, which traps liquids, absorbs and fits well. They do hold moisture well, great for heavy sleepers and if you have to hurry to the restroom, no more changing clothes in the middle of the night. This product is comfortable enough to use at home and outside the house too.
