[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These L/XL barely fit me (315lb, 54"waist) but they are more comfortable than tab-type protective garments because there's less bunching in the crotch. I wish there was a separate XL or 2xl available. I tried both drugstore brands (CVS, Walgreen's) of the same size/type and those shredded just trying to pull on. I'm a paraplegic and have to cath myself, so a true larger size would help. Great product overall. I requested and appreciated the free samples (though someone threw away my 2nd unused sample).

My son is mentally and physically handicapped and a very big man. Try expanding your line to include bigger sizes. I love the way these look more like underwear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are absorbent. They are good for light drizzles to urgent drips. More than that may cause a bit of anxiety. They feel like you are wearing an adult diaper. They are not uncomfortable, but you know they are there. They do stretch. So, if you are above an XL, they will still probably fit without moving up to the XXL size. I like these as an underwear/panty backup for outings and travel. For everyday wear, I can not see myself solely relying on them with confidence.

I was one of the lucky ones chosen from Home Tester Club to try and write a review after wearing them. The Depends FIT-FLEX Underwear fit snug everywhere and have thick padding in the right places so they don't leak. They don't show any lines or any kind of designs like the others do when wearing tight fitting pants.
