I can't even remember when my bladder lasted for 4 hours. My size (2X) was not offered. I tried the XL. After 3.5 hours the side completely ripped. Although there was no leakage, I need 4 to 4.5 hours of usage.

The fit is true to size and they are very comfortable with the flexibility in the waist a definite plus. The material itself is durable. They did not fall apart, very absorbent and there was no odor from overnight use. It is not noticeable when wearing under your clothing and could be used during the night or during the day. They can be easily found at most drug stores and grocery stores. I would recommend this product for any men suffering from incontinence.

Thank you Depend. I've tried I think all the off brands that Medicaid will cover and none of them fit correctly, too bulky, and too thick. Depend has been the only one that fits perfectly and not too thick and bulky. The only down side is that they are not covered by Medicare or Medicaid. Depend, is there anything you guys can do to where they would start covering your product under insurance? Thanks again for a great product.

The fit with the Tenas was always poor, they did not seal good around the legs and would actually slide down during the night. Both of these issues did not make me feel comfortable wearing them during the night. I felt the material could be more absorbent too. I was very pleased with the Depend Flex fit underwear. They sealed well around the legs and stayed snug enough not to pull down during the night. The material is very comftorable. The Depends seem to be cut with elastic put in all the right places. I have Gastroparesis with a stomach stimulator and many times going to the bathroom is a guessing game. Thanks for giving me an item that seems tailored to fit the bigger man and gives piece of mind. Depends for Women is/area great product. As an older person (62-years) with a severe bowel and bladder incontinence problem, this product is great; it keeps me dry and clean even with the messiest "gushes" and ""explosions".. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! I cannot go a day without it.
