They are very stretchy which is nice because it fits most everyone. These are large but I usually wear an extra large pants. I’m sure a medium pants wearer could also fit in the Depends large. They fit extremely well and I feel secure in doing activities I can't do without some form of incontinent pads/underwear. They don't bunch up and they do feel like underwear.
