They are sufficient for leaks, but not sufficient for more serious leaks. I would note that they are great at odor reduction, so that benefit is nice.

They aren't too thick. They need to be a little more thicker. I wouldn't were them for overnight protection but for minor leakage it would be great. And the design is very cute. About four years, I received radiation treatment for prostate cancer that left me with urinary incontinence (slight to heavy leakage). At which time, I began using Depend Flex-Fit Underwear for Men (L/XL) and found, there are several things I like about this product: great absorbency, comfort, odor control, noise-free, and peace of mind. However, I have two complaints: the seal/weld that holds the top of the absorbent pad in place comes unsealed, which allows the absorbent material to fall out. It doesn’t matter if I’ve had leakage or not, and on average, I’m throwing away 3-4 pair of underwear per 52 count. My other complaint is that the underwear lacks breathability, which causes me to perspire around the waist area. I’ve recently tried the Depend® Real Fit Briefs for Men (L/XL), and found that the brief provides breathability, but still had the same problem with the seal/weld coming unsealed. I really like this product, but I can’t afford to keep throwing away underwear, wasting my money!

These incontinence underwear are very comfortable to wear under shorts, jeans , or dresses. The odor control is excellent and they are very absorbent. I am so happy that I no longer have to worry about unwanted leaks! The fit is spot on and the sizing is completely accurate. These are the best protection for a busy woman who doesn’t want the embarrassment of urine leakage while going about a busy day! The only suggestion I would make is to change the design color on the front. At first glance, the gray design on the beige underwear looked like mold spots to me. Offering different underwear color choices (like black and white as well) in each size would be a bonus.

I have been taking care of my mom for more than 8 years now, and her dementia has over the last few months put her in the realm of needing items like Depends. They are a time saver (and a life-saver in some ways) for me and a stress reliever for my mom...and at an affordable price. I definitely recommend these.

Before getting into the performance, however, the fit is true to size. I found it fit my dimensions well, and it was rather comfortable too. It did not feel significantly different than other undergarments. It fit snugly, so putting on a pair of pants did not bunch them up, so they remained comfortable. Now, moving to performance. As you can see from my photos, I applied warm water with a measuring cup to test absorbency with exact measures. As I poured water onto the product, there was no leaking whatsoever. In fact, the final photo taken shows no leaking after 8 cups of water applied! That would be more than enough in most instances. This product does just as it promises in regards to its absorbent nature. I was unable to properly test odor resistance, however. If the odor protection works half as well as the absorbent materials, it would be more than sufficient. With that said, I believe this product to be a fantastic option for men struggling with incontinence. I have no reservations in saying that!

Never tried these before, have always used pads. They are attractive and not covered in plastic, which is noisy and probably unbearably hot in the summer. However, the size is a little "off." I wore one at bedtime for 5 hours. It fit ok when I put it on, but when I got up, it was hanging so low on my thighs that I had to pull it up to right under my bust! It was only damp, which was fortunate because it doesn't seem these will hold much liquid - too thin. I sat down, and the entire panty separated, leaving the bottom half on the floor when I stood up, and the top half still on my body. Thankfully, I was home alone. Now I'm stuck with a package of new panties, and out $12.
