[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a package of Depend Fresh Protection Bladder Leak Underwear in size medium from Influenster in exchange for my review. I never used this type of product before. I usually use the bladder leak pads when I get stress incontinence, which occurs mostly when I am sick from frequent coughing. The material feels similar to the hospital type maternity underwear given after child birth, it has multiple rows of smocking, and a large, thicker pad built in. The fit is slightly snug, and the pad can feel unbreathable during extremely hot weather. It gets difficult to pull up and down when sweaty. The pad itself has a lot of absorbency, which is ideal as there were many pads I would have to change every hour. The coverage and shape provides security in avoiding leakage from the front, back and sides. The downside would be trying to change the underwear in a public setting. In those cases, a pad would be more beneficial. The upside is less frequent changing of pads since the underwear absorbs more liquid and it feels more secure, as pads still can leak. So while I think it doesn't replace pads, it depends on the situation to use this to fulfill your needs. I would use this alternatively depending on how frequent and heavy leakage occurs.

The discretion would be better if they weren't so high-waisted maybe. Overall a great product

I selected one item and it had had free shipping, but was charged 15.00 for shipping by the selected company. I DO NOT KNOW what is going on in Walmart, but I am not happy with some things. So I guess I will have to start looking elsewhere for some of my shopping. Made purchase and it was delivered and left outside on the public sidewalk and this was food! Another time my package was left in between 2 sets of double doors and it was stolen!! I though that when you had things delivered that it was to be delivered to YOUR Door, not the building door!!!! I do not have that kind of money to be throwing it away and if your are not hiring better people to serve your customers, I AM OUT!!!! I pay my honest earned money out and EXPECT service as the same!!!

They feel more like regular underwear than a traditional diaper, which makes them quite discreet under clothing and barely noticeable. Overail, I think they are a very good option if you are looking for something discreet, comfortable, and with good absorbency for daily use, as long as they are used within the recommended limits.

I was very thankful that I tried this product. I had reached that time in my life, that you need a helping hand when you can no longer run to the restroom on time. Depends are great because they are absorbent and control order. They are also very comfortable. I recomen them highly.

But for me i wish, the middle part would be like thinner.But the same absorbency that would be great, and also on the sides like it just sticks out too much of your clothes.So it's kind of embarrassing They could fix that.I think it would be a little bit better, but overall it does the job.So that's why I gave it the rating I did
