You can tell this will absorb any leaks and no odor will be out. These are perfect because the look like underwear (not white like a diaper) so not embarrasing for him. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Depend men’s XL underwear are made with a good quantity stretchy material. They hold a lot of liquid. The only problem is they run very small. They would probably fit a boy size 8. A large man wouldn’t even start to wear these. My husband wears a size men’s medium 32 underwear and these are too small for him! For quality I would give these a 9 out of 10. For size 1 out of 10. The picture show the gray men xl versus an extra large women’s size.

The L.XL. are a little tight and the XXL fit much better. The downside is that they are not available anywhere. The price is good I guess. I also wish they would make them in this size but without the heavy padding in the front. I use these for bowel irregularities and often wear them backwards because they are uncomfortable with so much padding where I don't need it. Of course they are made with a lot of material in the back to cover the butt but when worn backwards they no longer have that material in the correct area. When worn backwards they are great for increased excretion and keep my sheets dry.

I knew they would be absorbent, but they were also very discreet under my clothing and very comfortable. The stretch sides made these a perfect fit, made them easy to put on and take off, and could hardly tell I was wearing these. No leaks at all.
