Unfortunately at an early age and after bladder surgery I have to wear these pull up briefs 24/7 I really figured these would be like all of the others saying that they are pretty soft and work with bladder leakage. I have never wore a brief that to me felt just like real underwear. OMG I Highly Recommend Depends Fit-Flex Underwear. I received my sample Free from Home Tester Club. In all the years I have had to wear incontinence products this is a first time the product lived up to description given. My only dislike is the price as I'm on very fixed income and unfortunately I buy the ones I can afford which is store brand unless I have coupons for better and pretty briefs. But I didn't feel like I had a incontinence brief on at anytime. They are pretty & soft & Underwear you will love them right from the start ( first time wearing) So ladies if you want to feel confident+ dry +pretty get these

Not as tight in the center as they used to be. Looks like Victoria Secrets lacey garments around the legs where the elastic bands are located. Very frilly. Not very masculine looking, even though it doesn't really matter since my wife and I are the only ones that see them.

They work so much better than other brands/styles I've tried. I don't have to be self conscious when I go out now. I shared them with my sister and she loved them as well. I also like that they expand pretty well and provide good coverage. In addition to that, the materials they're made of treated my skin well; there was no irritation at all.

I took care of my great aunt & uncle for years who both needed incontinence care products. These worked great & made it easier for me to apply the product & dispose of it. The fit with the Tenas was always poor, they did not seal good around the legs and would actually slide down during the night. Both of these issues did not make me feel comfortable wearing them during the night. I felt the material could be more absorbent too. I was very pleased with the Depend Flex fit underwear. They sealed well around the legs and stayed snug enough not to pull down during the night. The material is very comftorable. The Depends seem to be cut with elastic put in all the right places. I have Gastroparesis with a stomach stimulator and many times going to the bathroom is a guessing game. Thanks for giving me an item that seems tailored to fit the bigger man and gives piece of mind. It is also thin enough where it feels like you are wearing regular underwear. Fits comfortably and stays in place due to its elastic waistband. It is very durable due to the ability to turn the liquid into gel, which helps prevents leakage.

I picked the XL and they fit perfect and were so comfortable. The absorbency was perfect since I usually have some dribbles and not a continuous stream. I didn’t notice a smell either so the odor control must work great. I will buy these again for sure.

So I would say 4 stars for comfort the waist band stretches and the bottoms are soft. They definitely do as advertised and absorb very well as well and take away from the odor. They are also durable enough to get through a full day of work. As I work in a factory and can’t always get bathroom breaks right when I need them.
