I use these for a different medical problem, not bladder control, so I can't comment on that. They were so bulky & uncomfortable, yet after wearing them a while, the "core" part scrunched towards the middle & lifted off the outer panty in front & back - & I'm not active. The upper part left pattern marks all around my body & I was very itchy & scratching all the time. I hope they let me exchange, since I have no receipt.

I'm 38 and suffer from fecal and urine incontinence and I tried other brands but they were not as absorband and these are amazingly not bulky. I wish we could have them in black and other shades because it's very difficult emotionally to wear diapers when you're still a young woman. But I highky recommend them for someone with fecal incontinence because you need to have something that will absorb and not get all bulky,

I first tried the overnight and it felt small and tight but I was able to wear them half the night. The daytime underwear were a better fit but in the afternoon we went to an outdoor party and the temp was over 85 degrees. By the time I got home I was soaked with sweat through to my shirt. You can never have a perfect fit with S,M,L,XL but it is close but for me an extra bit wouldn't hurt. I wish the fabric was a little more breathable. Much better than the store brand. I will give them another try.

They are true to size and are comfortable with no tight-fitting areas. They are odor controlled, so no one will ever know that you're wearing them. They are discreet under all clothing and not bulky at all, even when wet. These are a great option for anyone with incontinence or after prostate removal surgery.
